PLEASE JOIN US FOR INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMY DAY ON SUNDAY MAY 21. This event is at the Lorain County MetroParks Sandy Ridge Reservation on Otten Road in North Ridgeville from 1:00-4:00. we will have solar viewing through safe solar telescopes outside and inside we will have displays, demonstrations, software to demonstrate and hand-outs on general astronomy. Please join us to find out what your Birthday Star is and to view our very active sun.
The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
