CANCELLED for 3/11/'23

We have CANCELLED Public Observing for Friday March 11, 2023 due to snow, clouds and cold. Tomorrow's forecast looks about the same minus the snow, but check back Saturday afternoon in case the forecast improves. Steve Schauer
