We have CANCELED Public Observing for Friday, April 10, due to a forecast of increasing clouds after sundown and a 60% chance of rain. Tomorrow is our back-up date and it looks much better with clear skies predicted. Check back tomorrow to be sure, but I hope you can join us then starting at 9:00 PM at the Nielsen Observatory. The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
