We are opening the Nielsen Observatory to the public tonight from 9:00-11:00 PM. Please come and join us as we show off the beauty of the night sky through powerful telescopes. It will be both cool and breezy tonight so please dress for the weather as the observatory roof rolls off to expose the night sky. We hope you can join us! The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
