We have once again been forced to CANCEL Public Observing for Friday May 10, 2019 due to cloud cover and the threat of rain. Tomorrow night is our back-up date, but the forecast is for rain then. Nonetheless, I will wait until tomorrow afternoon to make the call, so please check back then.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
