The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.

Public Observing CANCELLED 7/2'22
Sadly, we have CANCELLED Public Observing for Saturday July 2, 2022 due to a forecast of over 90% cloud cover tonight. Don't forget our monthly meeting Wednesday July 6th at 7:00 PM at the Lorain County Metro Parks Carlisle Visitors Center. The public is welcome!
