We have CANCELLED Public Observing for Friday Sept. 6th, 2019 due to cloud cover. We will try again tomorrow night. As always, please check this website or our Facebook page before driving to the observatory in case we are unable to observe. Let's hope the weather improves for tomorrow night because this is our only public session this month.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
