We are forced to CANCEL Public Observing for Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018 because the driveway to the observatory is flooded. The back entrance is also closed. Our next Public Observing session is scheduled for next weekend, Friday Nov. 9th with the 10th as our back-up date.
Our next General Meeting, to which the public is invited is this Wednesday, 11/7 at the Lorain County MetroParks Carlisle Visitors Center at 7:00 PM. We hope you can join us!

The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
