Public Observing for Friday Dec 14, 2012 is ON . The weather forecast is for clear to mostly clear skies until after 10:00 PM so we should be able to enjoy the night sky. Jupiter should look good and we should see some Geminid meteors as well. Please join us tonight from 7:00 until 9:00 at the Nielsen Observatory. A map showing the location is on both the "map" tab and the "calendar" tab on this website. Please dress warmly as the temperatures will be in the 30s. We hope you will join us!
