The next regularly scheduled StarParty in April will be held on Saturday, April 25th at The Lorain County Metroparks Nielson Observatory.

The Nielson Observatory is located within the Metroparks system off of Diagonal Road. Follow the signs for the Equestrian Center and look for the Observatory on the left when you arrive at the Equestrian Center parking lot.
The Observatory is manned by the membership of TheBlackRiver Astronomical Society, who have been bringing Amateur Astronomy to Lorain County residents since 1949. To learn more about Black River, visit our website at www.BlackRiverAstro.org
The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
