Public Observing OPEN 8/9/'24
We are OPEN for Public Observing tonight Friday August 9, 2024 from 10:00-12:00 midnight at the Nielsen Observatory. For directions, please click on the "Maps" tab on the home page of this website. There is no charge and no pre-registration required. Please park in the lot on the right and walk over to the observatory buildings, as parking beside the buildings is restricted to people unloading telescopes and equipment and folks with mobility issues. Please watch for deer on the drive in. We should see some Perseid meteors tonight, so we hope you can join us.
