Our General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday Feb. 6, 2019 will proceed as planned at 7:00 PM at the Lorain County MetroParks Carlisle Visitors Center. There will be some wet roads and possibly some patchy fog, but temperatures are forecast to be well above freezing. There could also be a few flooded ditches. We believe the conditions should be adequate for driving, but people should exercise their own good judgement, as always when driving in the winter.

The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.
