The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.

Public Observing OPEN for Friday 4/15/'16
We are open for Public Observing tonight, Fri. 4/15 from 8:00-10:00 PM. Please dress warmly as it will be in the low 40s with a bit of a breeze. Please park in the parking lot on the right. Parking beside the observatory is restricted to people unloading telescopes and equipment.
