The purpose of this forum is to provide a place for members of The Black River Astronomical Society to blog, discuss upcoming meetings, cancel meeting, advertise their intent to go to the Nielson, etc. The Black River Astronomical Society has been bringing astronomy to, and serving Lorain County residents continuously since 1949.

Public Observing for 11MAR2011 Cancelled
The inclement weather is forcing us to cancel this evenings public observing session. Even though the snow has finally stopped the clouds will most likely be with us for the remainder of the evening. Check back tomorrow to see if we can do some observing Saturday evening.
